• In the Save as type field select Comma Separated Value(.csv) from the drop-down menu.
• Click the Export button.

The selected contacts will be saved in the CSV file.

Step 2: Import the CSV file into Outlook

1. Launch Outlook software in your system.
2. Go to the ‘File menu’ and choose the ‘Open & Export’ option.
3. After that, choose the ‘Import & Export’ option.
4. Select  ‘Import from another program’ and click Next.
5. Select  ‘Comma Separated Value(Windows)’ and click Next.
6. Browse the location of the CSV file and select the CSV file.
7. Choose  ‘Do not Import Duplicate Items’ and click the Next button.
8. Select the destination folder where you want to save the file and click Next.
9. In the next window, select the Map Custom field and click Ok.
10. Once the process is complete, click the Finish button.
